Hi, I’m Caroline — The Glow Up Doula.

I help mums heal from birth trauma using the 3 Step Rewind technique, so they can move out of survival mode and feel calm, confident, and emotionally free again.

Not just to cope, but to feel hopeful and excited about pregnancy again, and supported every step of the way.

I’m a 3 Step Rewind Practitioner and virtual doula, supporting mums who are carrying the emotional impact of birth or perinatal trauma. I trained at Birth Bliss Academy.

Using the 3 Step Rewind technique, I gently help trauma release without needing to relive or talk through what happened. The process is calm, content-free, and focused on safety, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to feel at ease again. Over time, this creates space for something new. From feeling stuck in survival mode,
to feeling calmer, more connected, and more like yourself again.

Many of the mums I support come to me feeling unsure or fearful about the idea of being pregnant again. Together, we gently work towards a place where pregnancy no longer feels overwhelming and where excitement, hope, and trust can return.

Alongside trauma healing, I also offer ongoing support as a virtual doula, walking with you through pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum if and when you choose, bringing you continuity of care.

My work is grounded, trauma-aware, and led at your pace. There is no pressure to share details, no need to push through discomfort, and no expectation to be “ready” before you are. I also have resources available to empower you on journey.
