Excellent service from CountyClean Environmental Services. From booking the septic tank emptying to the job being completed, everything was straightforward and professional. Communication was clear, they arrived when they said they would, and the operator was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The job was carried out quickly and cleanly with no mess left behind, and it was obvious the driver knew exactly what he was doing. It’s always reassuring dealing with a company that turns up on time and simply gets on with the work without any fuss. Very impressed with the overall service and professionalism. I recently had an issue with CountyClean Environmental Services Ltd where I was unfairly charged extra for a delay that was entirely caused by their own equipment. The driver spent additional time fixing faulty pipes on their lorry, yet they tried to charge us and threatened us by citing their terms and conditions. I have already paid the invoice, but this additional charge was completely unfair. Customers should not be penalised for problems caused by the company’s own operations. I strongly urge CountyClean Environmental Services Ltd to review how they apply their terms and conditions and to treat customers fairly in the future.

County Clean came out at short notice this week to sort out a flashing light on my Klargester. They were able to locate and replace the faulty pump in very cold conditions. The first pump that they put in was faulty, and so they replaced that, but said that they would not charge me for the time spent on that faulty pump. They checked everything very carefully, and did a great job. The level of service was very competent and I thought excellent overall.
