I hold extensive experience in mental health and have worked in primary and secondary care settings through the NHS and private. I am a qualified CBT Therapist in London, graduated from King's College London, a leading institution in mental health globally. I have worked at NHS Talking Therapies around the country and held a placement at CADAT (Centre of Anxiety Disorders and Trauma) at Maudsley Hospital, where my knowledge of CBT really expanded. Now, I offer private CBT Therapy online across London and the UK.
