Red light Therapy clinic Stirling

Amazing! My mother and I attended Nour Wellness Hub in Stirling and absolutely loved our treatments. We both tried the Red Light Therapy with PEMF. Not only was the treatment extremely relaxing and a lovely chance to switch off for 20 minutes, we felt energised and a massive sense of relief after the session. I also attend the Red Light Pilates classes and absolutely love them. It’s great being able to practise Pilates whilst also getting the benefit of the Red Light. The hub itself is also located directly in the centre of Stirling making it super easy to access. Definitely recommend!

I attended Nournwellness for post operative hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I found it very relaxing and wnjoyable and definitely feelnit aided in a fast recovery from surgery, particularly loooking st bruising which notmally takes weeks to recover from. I also felt an unexpected benefit for my adhd and felt clarity of mind and peace which is quite unusuall for me, so I will continue with hbot for adhd benefits moving forward, and definitely ifnI have more surgery in the future . Aldo is lovely and is very good at explaining everything and making you feel at ease, the clinic is very nice which is a huge positive too.

Really lovely space. Aldo was very knowledgeable and patient. The red light treatment was amazing. Felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Had a taster hyperbaric oxygen session to see if I could cope with being in a confined space and it went well. Aldo checked in regularly to make sure I was OK. Looking forward to my full one hour session and the benefits that will bring.

I did a course of infrared light therapy with PEMF and felt very relaxed during and after each session. I think it has helped to release some of the muscle tension I have been experiencing. I would definitely recommend trying it. Aldo is very supportive and kind - thank you so much.

My experience at nour wellness has been amazing and keeps continuing to be amazing. In only 2 sessions i can already feel the benefits. Every session i come out and feel so relaxed, practically painless, and my stress levels are on the floor. I could not recommend this more I have been doing RLT and PEMF.
