I run a small development project in Manchester and hired Freshbreeze Environmental Ltd for an air quality assessment. Big mistake. From day one, they were unreliable – kept delaying calls, sent half-done drafts, and clearly didn’t care much about our timeline or needs.
The final report they gave was vague and barely met the council’s requirements. When I asked for fixes, they either ignored me or tried to charge extra without explaining why.
As a local business owner, I expected better professionalism. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I contacted Freshbreeze Environmental Ltd’s Birmingham office for an air quality assessment needed for my planning application. The experience was frustrating from start to finish.
They took forever to respond, kept rescheduling meetings without notice, and delivered a rushed report that the local council rejected for being incomplete. When I asked for corrections, they acted annoyed and tried to blame me for not “providing enough info” — even though that’s exactly what they were paid to handle.
Very unprofessional and clearly not invested in their clients in Birmingham. Would not recommend.
