I just went in for a browse, although I was considering getting a new bike soon, and was amazed at the changes inside. An entire extra floor has been added to display bikes for sale. Baz, who I have bought from before, understood exactly what sort of thing I wanted and pointed out 4 bikes, one was sadly out of my price band (a beautiful Indian Scout). I sat on 3 that could all have fitted the remit, and went with the first one, an amazing Triumph America. No high pressure sales or pushing sales of unnecessary extras. I went in Wednesday and could have collected the next day but stalled till Saturday for weather reasons. Lots of good information and advice from Baz, and rode away a very happy customer. It's great to see a business like this in Great Yarmouth.

I recently acquired a motorbike from BigMoto Motorcycles and had the privilege of being assisted by John Ford. It was a genuinely delightful experience. Buying a motorbike from a considerable distance can be intimidating, but John was exceptionally reassuring, polite, and friendly, effortlessly alleviating my concerns without me even having to ask. Highly recommend! Just got my Piaggio MP3 a couple of weeks ago and team (mainly Amy) treat me above the expectations. Much appreciated to the staff. The showroom in Yarmouth, for who like bikes is like heaven. I have a tip for you who is looking to buy a bike do it personally because you might be impressed with other bikes as I did and might change your shopping desire. Clean and tidy. I've recently bought a bike off of these guys and they were Fantastic. John was funny and told me facts about each bike I liked the look of (can't pick just one) they were patient and the whole process of checking the new bike over was perfect before I had it!! Awesome company with great staff. So so happy with my bike!
