Nathan responded quickly to a request for a rented stairlift to enable my mum to come home from hospital after an operation. He and his son installed it within a few days and did the job very quickly with no fuss or mess. He went through operation of the stairlift and made sure I was happy with how to use it before finishing up. Would highly recommend if anyone needs a stairlift at short notice and on a temporary basis

Excellent customer service from Nathan and team. Communication was brilliant throughout, both by phone and text and everything explained clearly, including exactly what info we needed to provide. They were able to come out at very short notice and install a stairlift for us at a time when we were quite desperate which we really appreciated. They also offered the most competitive quote we received and delivered the best service in terms of both quality and speed. Highly recommend! Sally

Contacted Nathan on a Saturday, as needed a stairlift urgently for a relative. I explained that my mother-in-law was due to be discharged from hospital, and he had measured up and installed it by Wednesday. Amazing service, friendly, explained how the lift worked and cleared up before he left. I can't fault Stairlifts Wales, and would recommend 100%. Great job, thank you.

An excellent service from start to finish. Nathan was very professional and friendly. Less than a week from contacting him to measuring up and installation. We chose to rent a reconditioned lift as purchasing a new one was put of our price range.
