Alfons and his team did a great job installing our complex lift. They completed the job on time with a lot of extra work. The after sales and maintenance service is excellent. A phone call to Alfons can fix easy issues and I even received a call back from his sick bed. And all at a reasonable price. Five stars.

MTM Lifts carried out a repair of our lift and we were so impressed with their service that we asked them to continue with our regular maintenance contract. I can't recommend MTM Lifts enough - they're efficient, professional, super helpful and thorough. Response to faults and repairs is excellent. Recently our 12 year old lift completely shut down and they quickly came to see what the issue was - a broken cable so it had auto-switched off. As they didn't have the length in stock they were equally quick to order it and return and whilst doing the replacement carried out a complete installation check of all the cabling to ensure everything was installed correctly, and cleaned the lift shaft too!
