I had a perfect, faultless experience dealing with this company. They arrived on time to do the site survey for installing ASHP, solar panels and battery storage. I got the proposal the next day and after some feedback from me I got a phone call from the owner pretty much straightaway where we talked through various options and why they recommended certain solutions. The revised proposal came back almost immediately. All questions were answered within and hour and I was given assistance with getting the grant from Home Energy Scotland. The installation was genuinely unbelievable. Old oil boiler removed, two radiators installed, Heat pump base built, heat pump installed at the other end of the house along with water cylinder, buffer tank, expansion vessels, all the pipework and valves, connecting up to the heating, and hot water, all lagged and insulated, control systems fitted. Scaffolding built, 18 solar panels, bird netting, inverter, two batteries installed, scaffolding removed, everything set up, working perfectly and the operation explained and the site left IMMACULATE. All in less than two days! And the work is beautiful - lovely joints, straight and parallel runs of cables and pipework. I deal with trades all day and I was expecting the work to take at least a week, but the standard of workmanship they achieved in the time they took made me genuinely speechless. 5 stars is not enough, 50 stars would be better!

Excellent Power flushing and workmanship from Home Heating Services Connor and Archer came out to do the power flushing on my heating system. As usual the work from them was very impressive from the attention to detail and thorough , professional standards while doing this work. Very impressed to see such a high standard, so rare these days. Highly commendable and one cannot compliment these guys and the company enough. I will be using these for all future home heating work and on the back of this excellent job, signed up for the boiler service plan.

Amazing company to deal with! We were in desperate need of a new boiler for our health and wellness facility, and Home Heating definitely delivered. From the initial consultation through to the final sign-off, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Outstanding service from Home Heating Services. Called Easter Monday to enquire about replacement of an old boiler in our house. Being Easter Monday, I wasn't expecting anyone to answer the phone - but they did - and they had a heating engineer at our house in Perth only 30 minutes later! Then a survey of our house for 60 mins, very professional, courteous etc - and then a quote in my inbox later that evening - all on Easter Monday. Work then started two days later and by the end of the week we had a brand new boiler installed and the old one removed - only four days after making initial contact. Also fair to say that the install was not an easy/sytraightforward job in an old house. The lads who did the install were first class. So having been a long-term customer with another Perth based plumbing/heating/electricity provider, we are now committed long-term customers of Home Heating Services. It feels like a scarcity nowadays to get customer service that meets your expectations and with value for money. These guys exceeded my expectations and then some. Thanks again to the team for a terrific job. Highly recommended.
