Fitted a boiler in my uncle's house. He has dementia and the guys who came out to do the job couldn't have been nicer. Fast, clean and great service all round. We have now set up a service agreement with them. Would recommend and use again.

Outstanding service from Home Heating Services. Called Easter Monday to enquire about replacement of an old boiler in our house. Being Easter Monday, I wasn't expecting anyone to answer the phone - but they did - and they had a heating engineer at our house in Perth only 30 minutes later! Then a survey of our house for 60 mins, very professional, courteous etc - and then a quote in my inbox later that evening - all on Easter Monday. Work then started two days later and by the end of the week we had a brand new boiler installed and the old one removed - only four days after making initial contact. Also fair to say that the install was not an easy/sytraightforward job in an old house. The lads who did the install were first class. So having been a long-term customer with another Perth based plumbing/heating/electricity provider, we are now committed long-term customers of Home Heating Services. It feels like a scarcity nowadays to get customer service that meets your expectations and with value for money. These guys exceeded my expectations and then some. Thanks again to the team for a terrific job. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. Came home from holiday to a broken boiler having had no hot water or heating for 10 days. No help from other companies and phoned this company at 4.15pm on the Friday afternoon and by 4pm the next day had new boiler installed and hot water and heat again. Quick response to my queries; speedy attendance by Fraser to view the problem and offer clear options to replace an old inverter with the possibility of installing a battery; concise written quote from Matthew itemising the four options; efficient job carried out by Callum. All this carried out with politeness and clarity at every stage. Everything was tidied up well at the end. We are very happy with our experience of Home Heating Services and would strongly recommend them.

We had to have a new hot water tank fitted to our property. Thanks to Andy and his team the job was completed in one day and fitted to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Home Heating Services for the services they offer and will use them again for any other work that we might need.
