I have no hesitation in recommending Eaton Home Improvements - we had new French doors supplied and fitted on 21st June. From start to finish there was no hard sales approach. Emma text me perfectly because I am profoundly deaf- simply explain your needs and this Company will help. I am happy to give five stars and endorse the great service from Eaton Home Improvements. Mohammed came to assure us of good service and after sales support. Two fitters worked in the heatwave and our new doors are great. No mess- no fuss. Perfect.

I recently had double glazing installed by eaton home improvements and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The service was truly five-star from start to finish. The installation went smoothly, thanks to the excellent fitters who were professional and efficient. Not only are the windows stunning, but the quality of the products is outstanding. The customer service team was also top-notch, addressing all my questions promptly. I highly recommend eaton home improvements to upgrade their windows! Since my last review I have had 2 sky pods installed and I could not be happier. Highly recommend using Eaton and will be using them again for future works on my home. I had a old double glazed bedroom window replaced. Excellent price and service from a local company. Matt, installer did a great job, friendly, very knowledge and tidy. The work was done in less than 2 hours. High quality window, very happy with the installation. I would recommend Eaton home improvements to friends and family. Support your local business. I have also placed an order to upgrade an old door to a composite one, excellent price quoted. Mo who does the property surveys is very knowledgeable and ensures the best quality windows are sourced. Mo is happy to talk through options for window and door designs and answer technical questions. Great customer service. Update to my review as I had a door installed by the same company. This company installed a composite door and window above door (New frame and top light) as the old one was upvc over 20 years old. I had a bedroom window fitted by the same company so placed an order for the front door. Eaton home improvements kept to promises and pricing quoted to me. Mo the surveyor did an excellent job of explaining the different types of door available and also made me of aware of some the challenges they can face when installing new door in older properties. The old upvc door was not installed very well so the plaster above door was coming off and strange noises would be heard on windy days. I specifically asked for Matt the installer to install the new door as he did a brilliant job last time on the bedroom window. Matt did an awesome job fitting the composite door and went through some issues he found and fixed example broken plaster above door. The whole experience was great and my family are very happy with new door which is secure and modern Matt explained how to open and close the door. Cleaned up the rubble and took away the old door and frame. I plan to have further work done by Eaton as they are reliable, stick to timescales and prices quoted. I hired Eaton Home Improvements in Birmingham to install double glazing, and they did a very good job. The team arrived on time, worked neatly, and finished the installation without any hassle. The windows look great, the house feels warmer, and outside noise has reduced a lot. I am pleased with the service and would recommend them to others.

Eaton Home Improvements fitted 2 double glazing doors at our place. The old ones were getting hard to shut properly, so this was long overdue. The new doors feel sturdy and look much better. Very happy overall.
