My local garage had moved so I found CarFix in a Google search and gave it a try. Was super happy with the service when I took my car for an MOT. It was quick to arrange the appointment (via WhatsApp). The location was a little further than I would have usually travelled for an MOT, but it was worth it, especially for the competitive price. The waiting room is very comfortable, with a hot drink machine AND a WC! Bonus, especially when you're waiting around. I enjoyed the viewing gallery, which was a nice touch. The person I dealt with, Elena, was helpful. The MOT certificate even had a PostIt note with info about the advisories that I had. Made it more personal. Will be passing on the info for this place to others!

The alloy looks absolutely flawless; you genuinely wouldn’t know it had ever been damaged. The finish is smooth, clean, and looks factory-fresh. The bumper repair was just as impressive. What was once a noticeable scratch has completely disappeared, and the paintwork matches perfectly. The car honestly looks as good as new again. The two new tyres were fitted quickly and professionally, and the car feels great to drive. Aziz was really good — professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Everyone there was really good as well — very highly skilled and professional workers who made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They even cleaned the car and gave it a wash before handing it back. Even though they hadn’t worked on the interior, they still left everything looking spectacular — such a kind and thoughtful touch that really shows they go the extra mile. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail really stood out, and everything was completed to a very high standard. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone with a Mercedes or any German car needing alloy refurbishment, tyre replacement, or cosmetic repairs. Fantastic job all around!
