Before we offer our reconditioned appliances for re-sale, we thoroughly test them for function and also electrically test them for any faults in order to comply with the Electrical Equipment Safety Regulations 1994. We also professionally clean them to bring them back to as close to new condition as we can. We hold detailed records of each appliance sold so we can be confident that you are receiving a safe and functional machine. 


We are so confident of our reconditioned appliances that we offer a full 6 month parts and labour warranty with every appliance we sell.

Brilliant experience! I can always rely on Ben and his team. They are kind and courteous, I feel very comfortable with them in my home with my family. And they always do a fantastic job! I phoned Ben after going round and round in circles looking for someone who could fix the burner on my gas hob. I had already been charged £50 for a call out fee and then told he couldn’t get the part by another person. Ben reassured me that the part could be sourced but happily talked me through a possible fix and helped me get it working. So good to have an honest tradesperson who was happy to help me without any charge. Thank you Ben!

When our washing machine packed up, it was very easy to contact Ben Smith Appliance online and let them know the problem. The team were responsive and timely in scheduling repair. And during the call out, when it turned out that repair was impossible, and we would have to get another unit instead, they ran through refurb options they had in their warehouse and organised delivery for the next day. Everything went smoothly. A shout out to Matt, Rhys, and Viv, thank you for making the process smooth and easy!

This was my first time using this company. From the phone call to Rhys coming to look at my washing machine then advising about a new machine the service was excellent and very efficient. Looking forward to getting our new machine. Very quick service thank you .had our new machine delivered today very impressed with the work.
