Charlotte from our very first contact right through to collecting the keys, she was always friendly, approachable and genuinely happy to help. Charlotte made the whole process feel so much easier. She kept us informed, responded to our emails quickly, and always took the time to answer our questions, no matter how small they were. What we appreciated most was how much she genuinely cared.
