We first met with Chris from CB Planning to help with a class Q application, (changing some agricultural buildings to residential). We had been told by several architects and agents that it was going to be a real long shot to obtain and not to get our hopes up. However, with Chris’s knowledge and expertise we were not only able to obtain class Q consent, but were encouraged to push for full planning, which we successfully achieved. It truly was a dream come true. We couldn’t have done any of it without Chris, and would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone considering a building project.
