We recently had our boiler serviced and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The engineer who carried out the inspection, Martinus, was incredibly friendly, exceptionally professional, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.
He worked very carefully and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the entire visit, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, he took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions about the safety and operation of the boiler, making sure we fully understood everything and felt completely reassured.
It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive to detail. I would definitely recommend his services without hesitation.

Great service from the initial showroom consultation through to installation. Jamie arrived punctually to remove the old radiators and was helpful, informative and efficient during his visit. Cameron and Mike were also punctual, helpful and efficient when they installed our new lovely Castrads. We’re really pleased with our new radiators; they look great and the house is nice and warm!

Service of gas fire and boiler today by Duncan who was a first class engineer, he took great pride in his work, he explained things clearly to me and was very tidy where he was working . In fact one of the best gas engineer I have ever experienced.
The communication from this company is exceptional too. The appointment once made is followed up with reminders right up to the engineer arriving.
A 5 star service from start to finish.

Martinus was our service engineer for our boilers yearly service and he was great.
Very polite, arrived on time and explained a faulty part which luckily was just under warranty. If he hadn't mentioned to call Worcester- bosch ASAP it would have been too late.good job!

Duncan was very professional, arrived on time and explained all the work to be carried out and then completed the fire servicing thoroughly.
Feedback was also provided om the efficinecy of the fireplace.
