As always, the Scott Findlay engineer, Duncan, was professional, prompt (early even!), tidy, respectful of property and occupants, and quickly diagnosed fault and arranged repair. His notes and photos from previous visits allowed him to confidently determine length of time the leak had been occurring, and the gas safety inspection was carried out efficiently. Very happy with the service. Will continue recommending the company to anyone who needs a plumber or heating engineer.

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole team were friendly, professional and proactive throughout. I particularly liked the text/SMS service, which provided the engineers’ names, appointment confirmations and arrival ETAs—it made everything very easy and well organised. Duncan arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He serviced the boiler and provided advice on changing complicated thermostats but did not push me into making a decision, which is unusual these days. Would definitely recommend Scott Findlay for boiler service etc.
