We recently had our boiler serviced and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The engineer who carried out the inspection, Martinus, was incredibly friendly, exceptionally professional, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.
He worked very carefully and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the entire visit, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, he took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions about the safety and operation of the boiler, making sure we fully understood everything and felt completely reassured.
It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive to detail. I would definitely recommend his services without hesitation.

Booked a call for boiler service and gas safety check. And helpfully they were willing to look at a radiator leak at same time. Got an appointment with a 2 hour window, fantastic. Duncan arrived early and happy to wait until I was there at booked time. All jobs done. Much easier than usual 'all morning' wait.

Been using Scott Findlay plumbing for years now, excellent service every time. Duncan's done my boiler service a couple of years in a row, has always been on time (if not early!) and very good at explaining what an issue is if there is one.
I like that they send a reminder for the annual service as it's something that can easily slip my mind.
