Thank you DAF Plumbing for the excellent installation of my great new boiler! The DAF Team were thoroughly professional in their work and very approachable in suggesting a suitable unit to fit. The installation went smoothly and it was very obvious these guys know their stuff as they integrated a new boiler into my decades old heating system. Their work is tidy and they really look after your home during the work. Best part - the cost. I found no need to aquire extra quotes after these guys gave me a price. Pictures give the best idea, so look at my new boiler and the neatest plumbing job i have seen! Thanks Dan and Joe for your excellent work! Dan and Joe finished the installation of a new Worcester combi boiler today, moving the installation from the kitchen to the airing cupboard. All the work has been done on time , without fuss to a very high standard. From start to finish DAF have been very professional and tidy , explaining the workings and controls fully. Genuinely so pleased with the work from Dan and Joe! From start to finish Dan was very approachable and took the time to explain what options were best for me when looking for a boiler replacement and gave great cost breakdowns for each option and answered all of my questions quickly and easily. They managed to fit the work in at a time to suit and on the day we’re done much quicker than expected! Dan explained what was happening and how the new boiler and smart thermostat would work and I felt comfortable leaving them in the house to crack on while I had to go out to work. They took the time to lay plastic down to protect the carpets in the areas they were working and removed all rubbish and left the boiler cupboard cleaner than it was to begin with! Honestly couldn’t recommend Daf enough!

I searched the MyBuilder site and requested a callback from 5 on the list. Dan rang me 5-10 minutes later and after summarising the problem, said he could be with us within the hour. Forty minutes later he arrived. Dan is a very pleasant and professional person and after doing a thorough inspection gave us the verdict and his honest opinion. He even looked at the seized heat control switch of my Dad's shower. There was no call out fee, he got the quote over immediately, which was very competitive. Despite the 2 Bank Holidays Dan managed to get a new boiler and shower parts and to have them fitted on Wednesday. Joe the engineer was very tidy,pleasant and did a very good job. My Dad was a former plumber and central heating engineer and was very pleased with the work done and we'd both highly recommend.

Boiler replaced last week. Dan arrived at the agreed time and got started straight away. Boiler swapped and new flue fitted in a matter of hours. Tidied up, took old boiler away, explained the boiler controls and the Hive thermostat app them made sure everything was okay before leaving. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing and heating work.
