Dan and Joe finished the installation of a new Worcester combi boiler today, moving the installation from the kitchen to the airing cupboard. All the work has been done on time , without fuss to a very high standard. From start to finish DAF have been very professional and tidy , explaining the workings and controls fully. Genuinely so pleased with the work from Dan and Joe! From start to finish Dan was very approachable and took the time to explain what options were best for me when looking for a boiler replacement and gave great cost breakdowns for each option and answered all of my questions quickly and easily. They managed to fit the work in at a time to suit and on the day we’re done much quicker than expected! Dan explained what was happening and how the new boiler and smart thermostat would work and I felt comfortable leaving them in the house to crack on while I had to go out to work. They took the time to lay plastic down to protect the carpets in the areas they were working and removed all rubbish and left the boiler cupboard cleaner than it was to begin with! Honestly couldn’t recommend Daf enough!
