North West Door Stripping

I sent 3 old Victorian doors to be dipped and sanded just over a week ago after trying to DIY for weeks! They had layers upon layers of thick gloss paints and wood stain and I had a feeling they were beyond repair. They came back in a little over a week in absolute stunning condition. Not a single bit of paint has been left on, all the crevices and details of the door are now visible and they look amazing! From ringing up first to enquire, they had me booked in and collected within a couple of days. The lady on the phone was lovely and answered all questions I had and the delivery guy was brill. They are also the cheapest I found upon researching! Fabulous company and I will be booking in the rest of my doors. Highly recommend!

We are absolutely thrilled with how our doors look since being stripped. The doors are original to our 1860's property and were thick with various paints. This company's service is excellent, very efficient and they clearly take pride in their work. We opted for the more thorough service for just one door originally and was so pleased with the result we decided to get all of our internal doors stripped. We'd definitely recommend.

Amazing service from North West Doors Stripping. I was initially sceptical about having my doors stripped wondering how they would turn out. I’m so pleased I went for it and didn’t buy new doors. The doors were heavily painted (badly by the previous owner) North West Doors picked them up from my hallway. 2 weeks later they were delivered back looking fabulous. Even the furniture that we couldn’t get off the doors came back looking refreshed. I am 100% recommending this company for their customer service and quality of work. Found this company on line, we had 3 interior doors in our Victorian 1859 terraced house which had been painted with gloss paint over many years, we wanted to strip the doors back to there natural wood state. Bansley Door Stripping carried out a great job on the doors which now look great back in place with there brass fittings, would definitely recommend this company.

This is (was) a table and chairs used by a family with too children every day for 25 years. It actually looks better than it did when we bought it new in 2000! P.s. the paint and varnish was my handy work, I did strip one of the chairs myself and it took 2 full days!! Getting the rest stripped was money well spent! Regards BL.
