Luminate Wellness

I recently visited Luminate in West Hagbourne for red light therapy and pressotherapy, and it was such a gentle, restorative experience. I was initially drawn to the treatments as a way to support my lymphatic system while also giving myself something that felt both beneficial and nurturing. From the moment I arrived, the space felt thoughtfully designed for relaxation, and that intention really carries through the whole experience. I was treated by Becky, who has such a calm and welcoming presence. She’s warm, understanding, and takes the time to really listen. What stood out most was how clearly she explained everything — not just the treatments themselves, but also how they could be tailored to my individual needs. She creates a space where you feel comfortable to speak up and advocate for yourself, which made the whole experience feel very supportive and personal. During the treatment, I felt deeply relaxed and at ease. It was one of those rare moments where you can properly switch off, knowing you’re in capable and considerate hands. This was my second time having pressotherapy and my first experience with red light therapy. You can feel a difference almost immediately, although I understand the full results build over time. It’s definitely something I’d love to continue with as a course of treatments. What I appreciated most was simply how the treatments made me feel — both physically and mentally. It felt like a meaningful act of self-care rather than just a one-off appointment. I would absolutely recommend Luminate to anyone looking to support their wellbeing in a calm, caring environment. With practitioners like Becky, you really do feel looked after every step of the way.

First time today at Luminate Wellness Barn had Cryotherapy with Becky.  Loads of parking, easy to find and a warm welcome.  Such a beautiful clean wellness place.  Becky full of smiles and made every minute relaxing for me.  Explained everything.  Back again in 2 days for some Reflexology.  Will be telling everyone about this hidden gem.

Had an amazing experience at Luminate. Becky was so welcoming. The location and the wellness barn is impeccably designed, a stunning relaxation retreat. I had the lymph flow reset which was incredible. Would highly recommend this wonderful place; I will certainly be returning.

I had a fabulous spinal energetic session today with Kayleigh. It was very helpful, powerful and relaxing all at once! I shall definitely be doing that again! The barn is such a beautiful welcoming relaxing space too.. I’m looking forward to using some of its other services too! With gratitude Mim 🙏

I had such a great experience at Luminate. Becky was kind and beyond accommodating. We used the sauna and cold plunge and were in complete peace and relaxation. The practice is quiet, inviting and just zen! Will come back and would highly recommend! Thanks again Becky!
