Find UK People

I have tried using them today with little information I have about the SUBJECT to be traced. After nearly completing the application ,there was a drop down options that you must choose one before you can proceed. The one that applies was me able to provide mobile number of the SUBJECT. As soon as I chose that option that I have provided SUBJECT mobile number, the total cost for the basic tracing cost junped from £59.99 to £159.99 I would have understood if extra £100 was added because I couldn't provide SUBJECT mobile number. When I contacted customer service, they were beating about the bush and lying. They said you only pay £100 extra if you fail to provide contact number. After I replied with explanation, they came back again telling me that, based on the information that I provided, it will cost me £199 before they can trace SUBJECT address. Scam scam scam. Replying your response: I did not state you did a trace for me and wasn't done properly. I said your system and customer service was dodgy. I made it clear that why should you charge someone extra £100 for providing SUBJECT contact number, instead of not providing? You didn't answer that question. May be people were paying more than they should have paid, but they paid because they were desperate or didn't check whether it was right to pay. Remember I did not say I placed an order. Review is about experience not only when you place an order. My experience dealing with you wasn't good because there wasn't transparency and you tried lying to me.

Oh my goodness, I can't speak highly enough of Find People UK. I had a really difficult situation. The executor of my best friend's Will has done a bunk with my inheritance. They've cut all contact and refused to communicate. I was so stressed and felt hopeless - but in less than 24 hours Find People had tracked them down for me. Absolutely brilliant.
