I am a lawyer and mediator, and I am very grateful to Harvinder for allowing me to observe one of his mediations, a builder dispute which settled. It was extremely valuable to see the process handled with patience, sound judgment and trust, and it really brought home how effective mediation can be when done properly. Harvinder mediated for our family back in 2019, he had an impressive CV and is fluently in Punjabi, something which was important to my father. As an HR Consultant with a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HR. The obvious side career was to become a workplace mediator specialising in workplace mediation. Earlier today I observed Harvinder effortlessly (it appeared), to mediate a complicated and entrenched workplace dispute for doctors in a GP partnership leading them to an agreement within six hours.
