We had a fantastic one-day tour of the Scottish Highlands! A big thank you to our driver, Ross, who provided thoughtful and informative commentary throughout the journey. He was friendly, professional, and made everyone feel very comfortable. His driving skills were excellent, which made the whole trip feel safe and relaxing. This was my first time visiting Scotland, and I was truly amazed by the stunning natural scenery. It left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely come back again to experience the incredible charm of nature here. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible experience on the three-day Hairy Coo Highlands tour, leaving from Edinburgh, spending two nights in Inverness, and returning to Edinburgh. Every stop was memorable—from The Kelpies, Stirling Castle, and the Wallace Monument to Glenfinnan, Loch Ness, Culloden, and the breathtaking Isle of Skye with Eilean Donan Castle, the Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, and so much more. Our guide, Ross, was outstanding. Not only did he expertly navigate Scotland's incredibly narrow roads, but he was also a fantastic storyteller who brought Scottish history, legends, and culture to life (complete with his unforgettable "tour voice!"). His music playlist was the perfect soundtrack for the journey—we'd love a copy! The tour was well organized, informative, and a lot of fun. We saw spectacular scenery, learned so much about Scotland, met some adorable Hairy Coos (Hamish, Honey, and Baxter were our favorites!), and made memories we'll never forget. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the best of the Scottish Highlands!

Amazing Highlands day tour, Ross made it unforgettable We had a wonderful day on the 1 Day Glenfinnan, Glencoe and Scottish Highlands Tour with The Hairy Coo. It was a long day, but honestly it was completely worth it. The route was beautiful, with so many different parts of Scotland packed into one day, dramatic Highland scenery, Glencoe, Glenfinnan, Loch Shiel, Fort William and lots of lovely photo stops along the way. A special mention has to go to Ross, our driver and guide. He was excellent from start to finish friendly, funny, knowledgeable and very professional. He shared the history, stories and local information in a really engaging way, without making it feel like a lecture. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about giving everyone a good experience. The driving felt safe and comfortable, the timings were well managed, and there were enough stops for photos, food, toilets and stretching our legs. I was travelling with my mother, and the tour worked really well for us because we could see so much of Scotland without having to walk too much. Glenfinnan and Glencoe were the highlights for us, but the whole journey had something special. It felt like a proper Scottish Highlands experience in one day. Thank you to The Hairy Coo and especially Ross for making the day so memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Edinburgh who wants to see the Highlands without renting a car.

My sister, niece and I did the Highlands Tour with Hannah and Tom on 7/21. Our guide and driver were wonderful, sharing pieces of Scottish history. We enjoyed their sense of humor especially since there was an accident that caused a traffic delay which was completely out of their control. This tour was 100% worth the money and they provided a friendly and fun experience. Thank you for making our trip special ! We love Scotland ❤️

I was super happy with the tour. The driver Mike was honestly a fantastic, kind guide with lots of knowledge about Scottish history and folklore and I was impressed how it helped pass the time. He was very conscientious of us and checked in with how everyone was and the temperature. He also gave great tips and was a very safe driver. I felt the tour times and destinations were extremely accurate and despite some bad weather it was all worth it. I would recommend this to any friend.
