We booked a 3-days tour with Scottish Guided Tours for our family, and everything was perfect. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Michael showed us magical and beautiful places and shared many anecdotes about Scottish history. He was very attentive and perfectly adapted to the group. The vehicle was very comfortable, and we were able to enjoy the scenery without having to worry about driving. In 3 days, we were able to discover a very wide variety of landscapes and regions of Scotland. In short, a wonderful experience, with sensational discoveries that we recommend without hesitation!

We spent the most incredible 5 days with Alan from Scottish Guided Tours. From start to finish we agreed it was the best holiday we've ever had. We were a group of seven friends that wanted a customised itinerary...the guidance we gave Niall from SGT to plan was enjoyable walks, experiencing nature, not being rushed, and skip the distilleries (been there, done that already). They created an unforgettable experience for us that was completely customised. Every detail was taken care of, even down to dinner bookings, so all we had to do was sort our accommodation. Highlights included the Old Man of Storr, our picnic in the Cuillin mountains after taking a boat trip on the Bella Jane, and dinner at Marmalade in Skye. But everything was incredible and we can't wait to return! Alan quickly became a pal. He is such an expert...he never made us feel rushed but he also ensured we fully experienced all Skye had to offer. We were all sad when it was time to say goodbye! The trip worked out at £500pp for all itinerary planning, transportation, and Alan's time/local guide knowledge throughout. It was well worth it. We would not have had anywhere near the same experience without SGT's expertise and their handling of all of the logistics. It made the trip so much more relaxed and immersive. HIGHLY recommend! A Return to Scotland for our 2nd visit and this time we visited the Highlands with the Best Guide in Scotland! This was our second time touring with The Scottish Guides and Alan as our guide. Our time in the Highlands felt less like a tour and more like catching up with a dear old friend. My daughter and I had such a wonderful tour of the Highlands with Michael from Scottish Guided Tours. The team at Scottish Guided Tours created an itinerary that allowed us to discover so many great amazing sights and spots in the Highlands. The tour was great because it allowed us to not only soak in all the beautiful natural sights but also gave us a great overview of the country's rich past . Michael's knowledge of Scotland was astounding. He was always very generous in sharing historical, geographical, cultural insights about beautiful Scotland. I can't speak highly enough of Scottish Guided Tours! My sister and I went on a 4 day private tour of The Highlands and Isle of Skye this past August with our guide, Niall, who was incredible! After finding out what we were hoping to get out of the trip, Niall went out of his way to make it an unforgettable experience. Scotland is gorgeous to begin with, but Niall really made it come alive with his historical knowledge and positive energy. Because it was a private tour, we were all able to get to know each other better and it really felt like we were traveling with a friend, who knew all the best stops! Also, we had a special request that was personal to our trip and Niall went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for.
