My experience with Vivid Care during the recruitment process for the Compliance Manager role was extremely disappointing. The interview was unprofessional, lasting over 2.5 hours, and at the end, they expected a free trial day at their convenience, without prior agreement. I called them twice, and each time, they had no idea who I was. They promised to call back the next day, but I still received nothing. I felt completely undervalued, like just free labor, rather than a serious candidate. I would not recommend their recruitment process at all."
