Dr Gupta is great because she truly cares! The oral appliance that she made for me is great and her after delivery support was amazing. Dr Gupta spent weeks helping me dial in the appliance to my needs. In addition to the appliance, she helped me figure out how to focus my mind and get it ready for sleep. She works from both medical and mental standpoints to achieve sustainable change. I now sleep well and am much happier!

Dr. Gupta is a thoughtful, caring practitioner, and her treatment has simply stopped my snoring/sleep apnea. At first, I was skeptical on how effective the treatment would be, but since day 1, it decreased by almost 95%. I feel more energy throughout the day. Dr. Gupta does frequent follow ups and asks lots of questions to ensure everything is going as planned. I highly recommend her.

I went to Dr. Gupta in July 2022 with a moderate sleep apnea diagnosis. She explained the procedure for measuring for the dental device and what to expect when it arrived. Starting the first night of use, I could feel a huge difference. My focus and concentration improved drastically over the next few weeks. My energy levels improved so much that I returned to the gym for the first time since 2019 and was able to complete the workouts (which was a huge challenge beforehand). I go to the gym at least 3 days a week now. Throughout the process, Dr. Gupta was always accessible and willing to answer questions. She also provided guidance on what to take note of and followed up regularly. She still does. While she is not yet in network with any insurance company, Dr. Gupta did offer a reasonable payment plan to help ease the financial burden. I'm thankful that I made this investment in my health!

The best part is that the device is a custom mouthguard, eliminating the need for wearing a mask with hoses connected to a machine. It's incredibly comfortable and easy to use. The positive impact on my life has been astounding. Not only has my sleep improved, but my back pain has significantly diminished. I feel more energized throughout the day, which has greatly enhanced my performance at work and given me quality time to spend with my loved ones.
