Ive had the pleasure of being a customer of kardinal many years now and although needing an aid isn't an ideal Connor has made what could be an embarrassing experience a completely normal one and nothing to be ashamed of. Would recommend. Connor was very professional and informative. I am very pleased with my electric wheelchair. Delivery driver also very good. Only small issue is communication.

Fantastic service from Kardinal, even when the manufacturer delayed sending my order out to Kardinal, they did everything they could to help even the Managing Director personally delivering a temporary scooter on the weekend first thing in the morning so I had a scooter to go on a Easter family trip. When my scooter arrived they worked fast to get it ready for me and back out scootering again. They gave solid advice on what would be right for me, No hard selling at all, they’re a company who genuinely care about you and getting you moving on some new scooters that’s right for you and your wallet. They also hold stock of a lot of second hand scooter to and the engineers are absolutely fantastic at there job making sure there up to par. Highly recommend this company and the wonderful admin team especially Dana the Manager.
