Had a great experience at Harley Street Health Centre for a blood test. I was able to book easily over the phone for a next-day appointment, and everything was completed within 10 minutes of arriving. The results were sent through the same day, which was incredibly reassuring.
The clinic was spotless and the team were professional throughout — but what really stood out was their efficiency. Would highly recommend!

I went to the clinic for the silver blood test. Relative to other providers, this blood test was very good value here. The online booking system was easy to use, but I accidentally chose the wrong date. When I arrived at the clinic on what I had thought was the right date and time, I was kindly offered a new slot then and there. I didn't have to wait long. While waiting, I drank a free bottle of mineral water. They also provided free tea and coffee. The phlebotomist was pleasant, and most importantly, found my vein the first time, unlike the phlebotomist at my local surgery. The results arrived later the same day by email. Superb service and value!

Great place to get walk-ins and scheduled tests done as needed. The staff are very helpful and the website makes it very easy to pre-book and amend appointments as necessary. The clinic is very clean and thus provides a great sense of relief that you’re in a great place and will be taken care of. The location is quite convenient for someone living and working within London which makes it easier to attend appointments before or after work. Great place!

I use Harley Street Health Centre to monitor my PSA levels. I come to the Centre about once a month because it is a very easy and efficient way for me to get PSA blood tests, despite the fact that I have to travel from Sussex. The service is very straightforward and quick, often with results the same day. And the staff are very friendly and down to earth, despite the prestigious Harley St location. For me, the Centre provides the best combination of efficiency, convenience and value for money that I could find. Recommend.

Booking online was very easy and straightforward. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the gentleman at reception. The ladies who took my bloods were excellent – professional and gentle. Results were delivered quickly, which was much appreciated. The clinic itself is cosy and comfortable, with plenty of complimentary water, tea, and coffee available. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this clinic.
