It was awesome doing this procedure with Elixir. Very very happy with the results and safe to say it has transformed the way I look and am able to do my hair, absolutely brilliant. The SMP gives that depth, illusion and camouflage, a bit of it all combined that even under bright lights make your head look “normal” without any skin/bald spots glowing, which is exactly what most people want. Ofcourse this boosts your confidence alot. After a long and frustrating journey with scalp micropigmentation, including 2 previous SMP procedures and laser removal both times, I honestly never thought I’d trust anyone again… but 3rd time lucky.
Jay at ELIXIR Pigmentation completely changed that for me. The attention to detail, hairline design, feathering, shading, and overall realism is on another level. The result looks soft, natural, and undetectable — no harsh lines or obvious “tattoo” look whatsoever.
This is now healed over 1 year later in natural daylight, and it still looks incredible. That’s the difference when you choose an experienced SMP artist who truly understands natural results and long-term outcomes.

I had my SMP procedure completed within about 3 weeks. I was transitioning from a hair system and Jay/Alex were very understanding of my nervousness of making the switch and also the fact that I wanted to make it without anyone realising.
I am absolutely buzzing with the results and no one can tell I've had the procedure done because the results look so natural.
I would absolutely recommend Elixir and my advice to anyone looking into SMP is make sure you choose a reputable service provider as one of the reasons I didn't look into SMP initially is the number of bad procedures I've seen online.
