My previous SMP had some dermal staining and, after having a laser session, certain areas had become quite transparent and uneven. Jay managed to blend everything together seamlessly, creating a much cleaner, more natural and consistent overall result.
There’s a reason I travelled all the way down from Leicester to London specifically to have Jay work on my scalp. I know him personally, but more importantly, I’m in the SMP industry myself, so I know what quality SMP looks like and I’m extremely particular about who I allow to work on my head.
Jay is genuinely top class. His knowledge, attention to detail and ability to work with an already difficult canvas are world-class.

It was awesome doing this procedure with Elixir. Very very happy with the results and safe to say it has transformed the way I look and am able to do my hair, absolutely brilliant. The SMP gives that depth, illusion and camouflage, a bit of it all combined that even under bright lights make your head look “normal” without any skin/bald spots glowing, which is exactly what most people want. Ofcourse this boosts your confidence alot. Thanks alot again both of you, Alex and Jay, was fun chatting with you guys when I was there and also loved how professional, thorough and expert you were with the whole procedure start to end, thank you!!

After a long and frustrating journey with scalp micropigmentation, including 2 previous SMP procedures and laser removal both times, I honestly never thought I’d trust anyone again… but 3rd time lucky.
Jay at ELIXIR Pigmentation completely changed that for me. The attention to detail, hairline design, feathering, shading, and overall realism is on another level. The result looks soft, natural, and undetectable — no harsh lines or obvious “tattoo” look whatsoever.
This is now healed over 1 year later in natural daylight, and it still looks incredible. That’s the difference when you choose an experienced SMP artist who truly understands natural results and long-term outcomes.
