The community here is unlike anything else. CrossFit is known for having a strong community, but this place takes it to another level. Need a running buddy? Someone will volunteer. Seen a ridiculous Instagram reel you want to recreate? There’ll be someone willing to give it a go with you. Want to try a comp? Someone will invite you to join their team. Members celebrate your reps, cheer your PBs, and genuinely want to see you succeed.
The coaches have built an atmosphere that encourages exploration and confidence. Rather than rigidly sticking to fixed progressions, they give members the opportunity to safely test themselves and discover what they’re capable of. Providing feedback and support on what they see. That relaxed approach naturally leads to members supporting one another and sharing advice in a way you rarely find in stricter gyms.
The environment is fun, inclusive, and full of laughs. Everyone supports everyone else, regardless of experience level, and there’s a genuine sense of belonging from the moment you walk through the door.
The facilities reflect the same level of care. The equipment is new, well-maintained, and the gym is always clean and tidy.
I also love that they incorporate things like yoga into their sessions and recognise the value that different training methods can bring to CrossFit. It’s a refreshing approach that helps create more well-rounded athletes while keeping training varied and enjoyable.
