I joined NOMADS for the bump and baby classes, which has been so worth it. Such a welcoming and supportive community. The coaches are really knowledgeable, and work within your abilities. It really is a great atmosphere to get back into fitness postpartum, and the babies love a cuddle with the coaches too. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Such a gorgeous group of people, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Genuinely so supportive no matter what stage of your CrossFit/fitness journey! Also met some of the lovely ladies attending their ‘Bumps and Baby’s’ class, and their positive experience since having a baby. The box has such a motivating/happy feeling and they also play great tunesss !!

I attended Nomads CrossFit for the first time today and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the coaches and members made me feel genuinely welcome with friendly faces and encouraging words. The atmosphere was energetic yet supportive, with everyone cheering each other on regardless of fitness level. If you're looking for a gym that feels like a community rather than just a place to sweat, Nomads CrossFit is it. I'm already looking forward to my next session!

I’m so glad I found and joined NOMADS Gym — it’s been exactly the motivation I needed to get back into training after balancing work and family for so long. Slowly but surely, they’re getting my old diesel engine turning over again! The sessions are well structured, the instructors are friendly and motivating, and the members are just as welcoming. It’s now a brilliant part of my weekly routine, and I feel mentally and physically stronger for it. I’d highly recommend NOMADS to anyone, whatever their age or fitness level

Joined NOMAD’s a month ago & absolutely loving it! Everyone is so friendly & makes you feel at home straight away. The classes are hardcore but in a good way where you walk away feeling like you’ve achieved something 😃 the coaches have been incredible & taking the time to ensure I am doing movements correctly & safely & gaining confidence in them! Absolutely love it & would recommend it to anyone & everyone xx

Little & Lifts is a mum and baby CrossFit class. Designed for mums to build strength and fitness while bonding with their babies through safe exercises & interactive movements. A place for new mums to connect with each other.
