Unique Baby Massage and Yoga Classes in Hove
EMBRACE BABY MASSAGE AND YOGA CLASS
This unique class offers a gentle blend of baby massage, mum and baby yoga and relaxation over a 6 week term, the perfect way to take time out for you and your baby together.
Each week we gradually build upon the baby massage strokes until you have a lovely routine for you to practice at home. Baby is introduced gently and mindfully to the new massage experience, and you have the opportunity to absorb it all at an easy pace. Classes are very informal where you can connect with other like-minded mums. Classes are 1 hour long with an extra 30 minutes at the end for a cuppa and a biscuit.
These classes are suitable from around 6 weeks of age until your little one is crawling.
Class times: 9.30am-11.00am and 11.15am-12.45pm

Each term provides:
BABY MASSAGE BENEFITS:
Fun and enjoyable. Helps both of you to relax. Encourages infants to sleep deeper and longer. Improves colic and constipation and calms irritable babies. Boosts serotonin levels which is known to reduce the risks of SIDS. Establishes a close, loving communication and relationship with your baby Massage can also be adapted for use with children of all ages. Babies and children who are massaged regularly are more likely to have a secure relationship with parents and so tend to have better relationships with others, both as children and adults.
MUM AND BABY YOGA – BENEFITS: Increase strength, muscle tone and flexibility. Aids ailments and tummy troubles Improves quality of sleep. Helps to calm a fractious baby and promotes relaxation. Enhances bonding and attachment. Stimulate brain development. Strengthens the immune system. Aids co-ordination and increases body awareness. Increases self confidence and self esteem. Strengthens the back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Releases tension in the back, shoulders and neck muscles. Helps to improve posture Decreases overall stress and promotes relaxation, Rejuvenates the mind and increases energy
Each Member of our Embrace Baby class will have access to their own WhatsApp group and at the end of each class you will receive a virtual baby massage handout so that you can go home and practice your massage routine from the comfort of your own home and incorporate it into your day.

I first started taking the Pregnancy Yoga classes with Becks and then booked the Baby Massage and Yoga course once our baby boy arrived. I've really enjoyed Beck's classes and so did Baby Z! A great way to have a bit of a stretch yourself and then introduce different songs, sensory and massages to your baby. Thank you Becks not only for your great classes, but your support and kindness throughout!

We loved the baby massage and yoga class! Was such a lovely course to do. I loved the mixture of yoga/songs/sensory and baby massage within this class. It’s also such a lovely thing for new mums to meet and have a tea and chat after the class as well! Thank you ever so much Rebecca! Will highly recommended you to any I know who has a newborn baby!

Absolutely recommend both the pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing class and the baby massage class. I instantly felt comfortable with Becks from my initial enquiry, she has a lovely nature, is super talented and has a natural way of bringing calm and relaxation to class. I looked forward to the pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing every week and felt more educated and relaxed about the journey ahead. The techniques, especially breathing techniques and information gained really helped when it come to giving birth
The baby massage classes are so fun. Me and my little boy love it so much, we've signed up again for another term. I was a little anxious at first as my son was having a rough time with Colic, reflux, allergies etc and he was really unsettled, which I was nervous about. Becks instantly made me feel at ease and reassured me the classes are baby led. I soon realised that we're all in the same boat and we can enjoy the sessions whether baby is napping, crying, feeding etc. Becks puts so much effort into making the classes fun, helpful & informative for baby (especially massage techniques - I have a very windy baby!) But also all the little touches are so sweet and thoughtful. We had our first term over Christmas, which was extra special. Highly recommend both classes, the best teacher and we've made some lovely friends along the way 😊

Becks baby massage & yoga class is great, she is friendly, welcoming and calming. My little one loves going each week (as do i!), it’s a great way to bond with your baby and also meet other mums. Ive booked on to another 6 week course as we love it so much :) highly recommend!
