Ratiobox

I entered into a signed agreement with Ratiobox after being completely transparent about the scope of work from the outset. Despite this, they later tried to move the goalposts by claiming the work was suddenly much larger than agreed and attempted to more than double the fee. This is not only unprofessional but deeply unethical especially after assurances were given on the phone and a contract had already been signed. To date, I’ve seen no meaningful “preliminary work” completed, and communication has been disappointing. I had other competent firms ready to take this on, and I regret not going with them instead. Be very cautious before engaging with this company.

We've been working with Ratiobox for about 4 years now and they've been great each and every year! They've done a brilliant job with our annual accounts and also manage all of our companies house filings so I don't have to stress about all the forms that I don't understand. I'd definitely recommend them, they've always been helpful and have also made time to answer any questions I have when I'm a little confused - which when I was starting the business was often!
