Brighton Cookery School LTD

Recently visited Brighton Cookery School for an evening with Victor cooking Thai. It was such a great experience, I would highly recommend. The set up was great, the information throughout the evening was fantastic and the end result was superb. Thanks all.

We visited Brighton Cookery School for a team-building session and had such a fun time. We learned how to make Moroccan food while sipping some wine, and at one point we were even dancing around like total goofballs. They let us take control of the music, which made it feel super relaxed and personal. Everything was spotless and well organised, the team were genuinely kind, informative, and great at keeping the vibe light while still teaching us loads. The space itself is really cute, and the food we made was honestly delish. Would 100% recommend for a work outing or anyone looking for a fun, social cooking class.

My son (14) did the teen cookery classes over the holidays and absolutely loved them. He’s already a keen cook and follows lots of YouTube chefs, so I wasn’t sure how much he’d get from it — but the real-life, hands-on experience was brilliant. He came away with new skills, more confidence and lots more enthusiasm. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely book again for the summer holidays. I asked him to write a review too.... this is what HE said: ‘When i want to the Brighton cookery school i relly enjoyed it as the head chef (Victor) was a very good chef and it was clear he knew what he was doing. i enjoyed cooking meals from cultures i am not used to and learned a lot’

It was our 3rd wedding anniversary yesterday and thought of doing a fun activity which my husband and I love, so I stumbled upon Brighton Cookery School as I was searching on the internet and booked an Indian cooking class for us both which was also on the same day as our anniversary. Unfortunately, we arrived 10 minutes late but they were very understanding and still accommodated us. Victor is very kind and is very chill. His other team members were also very helpful and supportive whenever we needed something (forgot their names). Victor gives clear instructions as to what to do next and is very hands on as well. We felt very comfortable and we felt safe asking questions as he is very approachable. This is a really fun activity for couples, friends, and family! Highly recommend! Make sure to bring some food container for your left over. Haha! Lesson learned for us. Will definitely come back again for another class! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Brighton Cookery School! Well done!
