The Brihaspati Infotech

I’ve worked with Gaurav and the team of "The Brihaspati Infotech" for over a year on a project of considerable complexity. A year is a long time for a software project, and there were moments when it felt like progress was slower than expected. To their credit, however, the product evolved significantly throughout the process. There was substantial scope creep, and many features required experimentation and multiple iterations before we arrived at the right solution. It was very much a process of trial and error. Like any long-term software project, there were setbacks. The most significant was that our API key leaked twice, which is a serious issue. I also occasionally found myself researching technical solutions and proposing implementation approaches, which I believe should ideally come from the development team. That said, what truly distinguishes this agency is their commitment to the project. Over time, they became much more than a contractor—they became genuine partners and allies. They consistently aligned themselves with the product’s goals, cared about its success, and were willing to go the extra mile whenever challenges arose. Communication was open, they were responsive to feedback, and they showed real ownership rather than simply completing assigned tasks. Looking back, I don’t think many agencies would have remained as committed through such an evolving project. Despite the challenges, they stayed invested, adapted as requirements changed, and genuinely wanted the product to succeed. No development partnership is perfect, but I value a team that is invested, transparent, and willing to improve. Despite the issues we encountered, I would describe them as reliable partners who genuinely care about the project’s success—and that is a quality that is difficult to find.

Working with the developers was an excellent experience. They were highly professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. They quickly understood the requirements, delivered high-quality work, and were proactive in suggesting improvements where appropriate. The project was completed on time, and the final product met all of my expectations. They demonstrated strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring everything worked as intended. Any questions or requested revisions were addressed promptly and professionally. I would not hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled developers.

Excellent experience working with this team on the development of our website. They were highly professional from start to finish, guiding and supporting us throughout the entire process. You can tell that client satisfaction is a real priority for them: they were always attentive, responsive, and committed to delivering quality work. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we are currently continuing to work with them on other development projects. Highly recommended!

We had an outstanding experience working with Ashish, Rohit, and the team at The Brihaspati Infotech Pvt. Ltd. on the full design and development of our website. From the initial UX and UI design phase through to full WordPress development, the team demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and technical capability. They were able to take detailed feedback across multiple iterations and implement changes quickly and accurately, which made the entire process extremely efficient. What stood out most was their ability to handle a complex brief. The project involved multiple page templates (locations, sectors, job board, blogs), custom functionality (job filters, contact workflows, file uploads), and ongoing refinements to both structure and user experience. Ashish and Rohit were proactive in problem-solving and consistently provided clear solutions, even when challenges arose around hosting, migration, and plugin limitations. Communication was strong throughout the project. Despite time zone differences, the team remained responsive, patient, and committed to delivering a high-quality outcome. They were also flexible in accommodating last-minute changes and additional requests, ensuring everything was completed to a high standard before going live. The final product exceeded expectations. The website is clean, modern, fully responsive, and built with scalability in mind. The backend is user-friendly, allowing us to easily manage content, job listings, and ongoing updates without relying heavily on developers. Post-launch support has also been excellent. The team has remained available to assist with minor fixes, provide guidance, and ensure everything continues to run smoothly. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we would highly recommend Ashish, Rohit, and their team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional web development partner.

Had an incredible experience with this team. I had a application ready for them to develop - they went above and beyond by giving beautiful 1:1 designs ahead of development, frequent updates and high quality of work. They clearly care more about delivering high quality than the bare minimum. Several times, they suggested additions or optimizations that I didn't think of all within the cost of the original agreement. They will be my go to company for all my software development needs moving forward.
