My experience at Henceforth has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable or professional workplace.
Management is highly disorganized. There is no clear direction, and priorities keep changing without any proper explanation.
Communication is very poor. Employees are often left confused about tasks, expectations, and project timelines.
No proper onboarding or training. New employees are expected to figure out everything on their own, which creates stress and lowers productivity.
Work-life balance is almost nonexistent. Deadlines are unrealistic, and there is constant pressure with little appreciation.
Feedback is mishandled. Instead of helping employees improve, management often blames or criticizes without any constructive guidance.
Employee growth is not a priority. There are no clear career paths, skill development opportunities, or chances for advancement.
High employee turnover, which clearly shows internal issues that are not being addressed.
