Absolutely amazing, they helped clear my alleyway which was filled with so much stuff from my attic and house clearance, the service was very fast they came the next day in the afternoon. The price was cheap and they did a discount as I am a full time carer to my child. They cleaned up the space once they were finished I couldn’t be more happy with the whole service. It has given me peace of mind ready for my move now and the fact they were so reliable and helpful I am very pleased.

Very serious, punctual and straightforward! Highly recommended, glad we found this gentleman and we will use him for all our disposal issues. If you are tired of talking to people whom are not even able to give you a straight price or whom make you wait for hours and never show up, this gentlemen is your problem solver, just send him a photo, he'll tell you straight away the price and he will be there when he says he will and moreover he will clean the spot after picking up what you agreed. Words don't do justice for this business, very impressed, we wish him all the best!

Vial services were excellent. They were prompt to respond to messages and gave us a very good quote at short notice. They were on time, polite and respectful to our home. They cleared out our loft of 30 years of rubbish in less than half a day. They kept to their original quote even though the job turned out to be much larger than expected. I would highly recommend them and we intend to use them again.

06 March 2026. Another 5 star performance by Vial Services (my second). They removed the remains of a demolished 11ft x 5ft garden shed in very little time and I was able to pay using my card in their card reader. All so much easier (and better value) than using a skip! Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful service, highly recommended. We found Vial Services limited on check a trade and sent a message and had a prompt reply. Sent over the pictures of what we needed removing and received a really good quote. A time and date was scheduled and he arrived on time and carried the rubbish removal out promptly, respectfully and leaving no mess behind. Myself and my partner are extremely happy with everything start to finish and will definitely be using this company in the future for any clearance work we need doing. Thank you 😁😁
