We ordered a custom logo mat from First Mats and the entire experience was superb and flawless. Marc (who helped us) was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We first got through to him Friday afternoon (close to end of play) and couldn't believe it that we got the design back within the hour and by Friday evening the order was already sent to production. What I like to also highlight is that they did not just care for the customers during order placing, Marc checked in with me to make sure everything was alright and because of his help, we got the ideal mat in mind (from initial contact to mat being delivered) all in all in less a week. Definitely highly recommend them because not only was the mat of great quality, the service was simply exceptional!!!

Ordered a mat and very responsive customer service - except it was coming from Belgium and after 2 weeks there was still no indication when it would arrive despite the website saying 2-3 days. So had to cancel but seemed like a good company.
