The customer service from Tamstar, and Mans especially was fantastic. Our Organisation had originally ordered via Amazon who had issued a refund without checking for any delivery information.
Mans was extremely pleasant on the phone and we were able to resolve the issue, while also receiving the product at a lower price.
In terms of the shelter itself, the site seemed happy with the product. I would recommend Tamstar!

I received my Larch bench today from Mans at Tamstar and I'm really pleased with the top quality of this product. It's solidly constructed and looks amazing. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a bench that will last a lifetime with little or no maintenance requirements. I also like the fact that it's a sustainable product using recycled plastic.

From start to finish, Mans was absolutely brilliant. I was kept well informed throughout the process and the finished refurbishment looks amazing.
I would highly recommend Tamstar to do a refurbishment of a bike shelter to anybody, you really wont be disapointed!

I have been using Tamstar for the last few years - buying Smoking shelters and ashtrays for various sites that I manage .
