Excellent service from start to finish. I contacted Merit Badge & Regalia looking for a bespoke one-off metal badge for a presentation box, and they were able to take my artwork and turn it into a finished CNC-machined product with a premium gunmetal finish. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with Allan and the team providing artwork proofs, helpful advice and a very quick turnaround to meet a tight deadline. The quality of the finished badge exceeded my expectations, especially given that it was a completely custom, one-off piece. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Merit again for future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality custom badges or regalia.
