Bad experience and I regret choosing them. Packing time everything looked fine and I trusted them. After that, full problem started. No coordination at all. If you call 3 people, you get 3 different answers. Nobody takes responsibility. They picked my things on Sunday and clearly promised Monday evening delivery from Bangalore to Madurai. Instead it came 5 days late. No proper updates, only excuses. My family was worried the whole time because all our items were stuck with them. Google Maps location they share is not even proper. Looks fake. No real office there. That itself says a lot. On top of this, my chair came broken. They talk nicely while booking, but later don’t keep their word. Too many fake promises. Yes, I finally got my items after calling again and again, but the stress we went through is not worth it. If you care about your belongings and mental peace, don’t risk it. Once they take your items, you are at their mercy. Choose someone else.
