Blake Group did a great job fabricating 8 ladders for us at Fisherrow Harbour. The quality of finish was excellent and the price felt fair. There was some confusion over the initial order but John visited us on site and quickly sorted things out. Many thanks to all the team at Blake Group.

Excellent experience working with Blake Group to facilitate a fully accessible access route into the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. The location was challenging having changing levels and mature specimen trees in the area. The team work and communication were excellent, with the construction phase of the bridging ramp going without a hitch. The end product is finished to a high standard of workmanship and quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending Blake Group to any potential client. I contacted Blake Group with a request to construct and install an outdoor staircase from the first floor of my apartment in central Edinburgh extending to the garden below. Their communication from day one was excellent and I was so happy to have found a company to take on this intricate work as I didn't want an industrial looking staircase. I was very particular about the design and they took on board everything I suggested and came up with a design that really suited Georgian Edinburgh and they were careful to make everything comply with current building regulations. On delivery day the team were challenged to bring the entire construction through the house in separate pieces as we had no rear access to the garden. Everything was carried out with good humour and politeness and I would have no hesitation in recommending their very professional and efficient service.

Paddy Brogan from Blake Group has been excellent. No job too small, turned around quickly and willing to discuss the work in hand. Would recommend them to anyone. I have been working on a prototype design for over a year and needed the services of a blacksmiths. Because the work has often been a small job previous firms just put it to the back of the queue or did not get round to it. This was not the case with Blake Group.
