Horrible people. Before I could finish my conversation, project manager clarified that they take project more than 30 lakhs. Iam having 2 project however will not deal with people who works only for money. Pathetic and shame on such people Clarification for the reply from owner side --- I started my conversation for 1st project where there is a structural damage to building wall. This may require some serious review.Depending on commercial feasibility either building will be repaired or new one has to be explored. Your person didn't bother to wait for me to complete my conversation. The plot is 14 cents with house standing in 5 cents area. Listening is most vital things in business. I could not even complete my conversation for the 1st project . 2nd one is a 15 cents plot. For a small repair I dont need any company and can be fixed by an experienced Mason. Both my plots are within the municipal jurisdiction of Kottayam city. I can understand your team will have lots of work to manage and may not be interested in small work. However One should not measure the magnitude of work before listing the complete conversation of prospective client. All the best to the company
