DLB have been a fantastic company to work with. The builders always arrived on time, were tidy, courteous and mindful of neighbours and the surrounding area. DLB, built our extension which included a new kitchen . All the work was completed to a high standard. They always checked we were happy with the way the build was going and happy to accommodate changes as needed. They have just completed our patio which now makes the whole build complete. It all looks fantastic and has made our house in to a proper family home. Thank you

End of the Year and end of the ‘N’annex build by DLB Construction SE Limited Dan, Leon, their team of skilled workers and specialist 3rd parties have made a superb job of the 1 bedroom self contained unit. From start to finish the team have been professional and respectful combined with the clear bond and the understanding between the different trades involved. We’ve had some laughs along the way too! In addition we decided to re batten and tile the roof to the main dwelling which was looking tired. If you need a recommendation, look no further.

DLB have done a fantastic job with the extension and roofing work to our house we could not be happier. This was a major piece of work and was completed while we were at the house. Rarely does one nowadays come across such incredible combination of workmanship, reliability, courtesy and profficiency as embodied by DLB Construction SE Ltd. A young, skilled and enthusiastic team led by two brothers, Dan and Leon, who do their utmost to offer a very friendly and personalised service of the highest standard, with no expensive and misleading PR apparatus. They have pulled down a garage, dug new foundations, and then successfully completed a large extension (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms) in the timeframe and to the budget estimated upfront, with no surprises, hiccups or glitches. The electricians and plumbers subcontracted by them were of equally impeccable quality (same generation and locals too), so that the whole experience was impressively smooth and - contrary to common expectations - literally a pleasure. The end result is exquisite, and could not have been done better, from the care and attention paid not to damage the existing building, to the skillful, dilligent construction of the new brickwalls and vaulted roof, the perfect plastering inside, and the final fitting of windows, doors, and laminate flooring. A team which should serve as model and set construction standards not only in Hastings and East Sussex, but indeed in the whole of Britain. Very well done, guys, and a huge thank you once again for all your efforts, open-mindedness and flexibility in attaining our goals! I can't recommend them enough.
