A great experience all round, the team here are very knowledgeable and professional. I made an appointment to discuss my bruxism, which was solved with Botox and to say it’s worked well is an understatement. Dr Poonam quickly put me at ease and explained possible root causes and I am now on track with a plan forward for long term solutions.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Oatlands Aesthetics for my laser treatment with Olivia. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Olivia was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.
What stood out the most was the level of care and attention given to my skin tone, something that’s often hard to find in laser treatment services. It’s not easy finding places that truly understand and cater to clients with skin of colour, but Olivia’s expertise and confidence reassured me right away.
