This is a very good salon. I have gotten work done here many times. Their services are very good. The way they talk and deal with customers is very nice. They provide really excellent service. 😊

I visited Cannelle Summertown on Friday for a back, shoulder and neck massage and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There was a clear lack of quality and service from the outset. I was quoted £60 with no mention of duration, only to receive a 30-minute treatment. At that price, expectations are understandably higher. The overall experience was anything but relaxing, with a setting that felt clinical and chatting from connecting rooms throughout, rather than the calm, tranquil experience I was paying for. It feels like the focus may be shifting more towards aesthetics, which is absolutely fine, but relaxation treatments need to match the standard and pricing being charged. I raised these concerns directly and was offered 20% off a future treatment. Being asked to return and pay again—without any assurance that the issues would be addressed—is not a meaningful resolution. Having used Cannelle in the past, it’s a real shame to see such a well-regarded establishment lose the level of care and attention that built its reputation. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I’ve had several hydrafacial treatments with Mursal and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. Every time I leave, my skin looks so clear, fresh and hydrated — genuinely the best hydrafacial I’ve ever had. She’s professional, knowledgeable and so lovely to be around, which makes the whole experience really comfortable. She always takes the time to answer my skin concerns and explain what she’s doing. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. Highly recommend.

I treated my thread veins on my face with lumecca, Mattia was a total expert. I expected to pay a lot of money to have them removed with many sessions but that wasn’t the case! In the process the lumecca also made my skin generally more even and so much brighter. I’ll never go to a different skin clinic after coming to Cannelle the team is unmatched !

Been a loyal customer for years, but since the ownership has changed the customer service and quality of treatments has declined. Lady at the front desk has very poor communication skills and is unwelcoming and the treatment itself I found to be rougher and less relaxing. I will not be coming back here, but hope this review will help cannelle to do better.
