I visited Amber after I pulled my lower back doing yoga of all things! Two sessions sorted that out but I am a little more complicated as I have scoliosis (a curved spin) which I had operated on when I was 14. Amber instantly knew all about it although had not treated anyone with it. I had a copy of my X-rays which gave her some additional information and amusement over the old style of surgery. I can honestly say I have never felt straighter. I now visit Amber every 4-6 weeks. Highly recommend

So glad I found Amber and wouldn’t go anywhere else for osteo now. She takes her time to figure out the root cause of a problem and then works carefully to get you back to strength again. I always walk away happy with my experience when I see her. Highly recommend.

Had my first ever sports massage with Amber and she was great. She was friendly and helped with tightness I had in my calves before I was due to run a marathon and it made such a difference! I booked my partner in with Amber after he was experiencing a lot of back pain and stiffness due to his job as a tree surgeon. Amber was efficient and friendly throughout the whole booking process and my partner felt so much better after the appointment and is now pain free.
