I had a pre cataract test with Emily. She was very proffesional and friendly and told me what to expect when the operation eventually takes place. I also got my new driving glasses from Nicola who was very efficient and friendly and reassured me that I could return if any problems were experienced. All of the staff were helpful. Excellent, detailed eye test and the results were explained clearly and simply. I had so much help and advice choosing frames and they were fitted and measured very carefully. I'm very pleased with my new glasses.

The care and attention I received over the last few appointments was second to none all the staff were very helpful and the optometrist, Emily was more than helpful and informative pinpointing the problem and prescribed the correct medication tori solve the issue. By far the best experience of go8ng to an Optician in over 60 years. All the team were helpful and professional. The tests were excellent and the Optometrist went to the trouble of explaining the results. They are my Optician of choice. Well done to the entire team.
