I had a pre cataract test with Emily. She was very proffesional and friendly and told me what to expect when the operation eventually takes place. I also got my new driving glasses from Nicola who was very efficient and friendly and reassured me that I could return if any problems were experienced. All of the staff were helpful. A very positive experience ✨️

Excellent, detailed eye test and the results were explained clearly and simply. I had so much help and advice choosing frames and they were fitted and measured very carefully. I'm very pleased with my new glasses.

I was with Mr Charlton for over two decades of good service and helpfulness .
Concept are the pits .
I am diabetic , so eye problems can become quickly dangerous .
Have been suffering with eye pain for six weeks , at that point June/July explained situation , given two months wait .
Carer attended in person last week to explain , given another appointment , that day + two months
Yesterday had doctor home call , he personally chased up concept to be told to wait out the two months .
He contacted Specsavers appt next week
