Extremely please with the service and guidance from Richard, Sarah and the team. We had couple of old prints that were not in good condition and not particularly good quality. Richard sourced higher quality versions and we spent some time discussing options for frames and mounts. The new versions of these pictures are outstanding (old and new example of one provided). We retain the sentimental value of the images themselves but in a much higher quality form. It was great service from beginning to end. Would thoroughly recommend.

After seeing some large format black and white pictures of formula one races early sixties in a pub in Scotland we decided we would like one for the breakfast room. We visited Richard to discuss what was available from internet sources for black and white photos for a large format picture. We were looking for minimum 2 metres wide. When we discussed what we were looking for Richard was similarly enthused seeing it as an interesting subject, he was excellent going over and above what we had expected in identifying / tracking down a suitable picture that was freely available. We have since taken delivery of the picture, it’s 2 metres wide and we are absolutely delighted with how it looks in it’s location. We have no hesitation in recommending Richard’s services, especially if you have a specific requirement talk to him he listens and in our case delivered an excellent result.

This is the 2nd time we've had framework down by R Young. The time and care taken to select the correct coloured frame, frame material and mounting is amazing and again enhances the piece we've had framed. This was a piece created by Richard himself and its now one of my favourite pieces in my home and sits pride of place above the dressing table where is makes the space feel special and intimate. Thankyou so much!
