4 Front Motorhomes

It’s hard to imagine a less helpful experience, even though we had gone in saying we were seriously interested in two of the camper vans. It appears we met two of their sales prevention officers who couldn’t have been less helpful. One of them men, Al, showed us one of the vans that we were interested in But incredibly begrudgingly. He opened it up and then just stood there. There was no attempt to find out what our needs, what our budget was, or what we were looking for. Nor did he make any attempt to highlight any of the benefits of that particular van. It’s hard to imagine a car salesman less interested in selling something! There was also another van that we wanted to see, but he said that it was in the workshop having a piece of plastic trim fitted and under no circumstances was he prepared to let us even have a look at it from a distance. The van we did see was definitely of interest to us but we decided there was no way we were going to park with a large amount of money with this company, and walked away. The stock is plentiful although it’s not hard to see why it doesn’t seem to shift! If they are this unhelpful before you’ve spent the money with them, I cannot imagine what they would be like afterwards. Recommend you avoid this company and that’s not something I’ve ever said in a review before.

We visited 4 Front Motorhomes last week, unfortunately we hadn’t realised we needed to make an appointment. We were greeted by Peter who very kindly offered to show us a few motorhomes. His knowledge and guidance was invaluable, we left having a clearer idea of which motorhome met our needs. We will hopefully be returning in the near future when we are in a position to test drive and make a final decision on our purchase. Thank you Peter for all you help

I attended with my sister whom bought a nearly new Eldis. I was only present for the handover and was very impressed by Pete. Super knowledgeable, personable and professional. Top guy!

Worst experience I’ve any encountered from any sort of sales business. Salesman was just plain rude. He insinuated we were using him as guinea pigs. And pressured us to pay a deposit before we could have him take us out on a test drive. We won’t ever be returning. Looking at the reviews it’s clear we were very unlucky and dealt with the worst salesman ever. Shame we didn’t get to deal with Pete.

My wife and I have been very happy with our experience of buying a used motorhome from 4Front. We decided to sell our first motorhome bought almost new elsewhere and owned for only 6 months because after a long tour it didn't suit our requirements. Following 3 months of research we found "the one" in their large varied selection. But we had to try and sell first. One sale fell through and despite much interest, we just couldn't get another sale through our brokers over the line. Alin and Jason worked hard to pull strings and get us a reasonable part exchange offer. They have been very patient with us through the long process. We got there in the end with our exchange yesterday. With a kind Christmas present thrown in! Most thoughtful and appreciated, thank you guys. Also a big thanks to Pete for a most helpful and informative handover presentation. At the end I couldn't drive off because I couldn't work out the Ford hand brake! Terror! Pete saw what was happening and came rushing over to get us on our way. Thank you. We're very excited with our purchase. Just what we wanted. Together we made it happen. Off to Spain for some winter 🌞 next week!
