Outstanding Service and value for money from MW vehicle Services. From the moment I arrived to the point of leaving, I was treated with warmth, respect, and genuine care. The team at MW made me feel completely comfortable, updating me regularly on the progress of my car and ensuring I was well looked after throughout. Their customer service is truly exceptional. Mark and the ladies were all brilliant, professional, friendly, and attentive to details. The pricing for my M.O.T and the car parts was very reasonable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. You can expect excellence when you trust MW Vehicle Services with your cars. And I must mention Ortiz, the adorable little dog who kept me engaged and smiling the entire time. Absolutely awesome! Realised on a Saturday evening (while watching Traffic Cops..) that my MOT had run out when I had a very important trip to England to make on the Monday afternoon (#FML) Booked an appointment online for 9am Monday and Mark even got back to me on the Sunday to confirm this. Fantastic service as soon as I arrived - I left at 9.45am with an MOT - very happy! :)

Fair play, I booked an MOT on Saturday via their website for Monday (today) which was very easy and straight forward and all went fabulously from there (even though my car did fail the MOT 🤣). Friendly staff, efficient service and lovely waiting area where I could have a complementary cup of tea or a soft drink while i waited. My car needed a new tyre to pass the MOT and they were able to get that sorted within 30 mins which was impressive. I was also offered the WiFi password so I could do some work on my laptop while waiting which was handy. All in all, I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you 👍

My older car, which I have owned almost from new and taken great pride in looking after for 11 years, is extremely sensitive when it comes to wheel alignment, tracking, and balancing, and I had become used to two chain tyre shops in Bridgend rushing through the work and not achieving the standard required for a car like mine, resulting in repeated returns for re-balancing and adjustments. After one of them told me that my wheels were basically the problem, that they could not guarantee balancing them well enough to stop vibration above 70 mph, and brushed the issue off by saying I should not be driving that fast anyway, I decided to try MW Vehicle Services instead. What a difference. They took noticeably more time and said it was quite a job, but the result speaks for itself: the tracking and wheel balancing were done perfectly, and the car now drives like new — smooth at every speed with absolutely zero steering vibration. These people clearly know what they are doing and understand how to work properly on cars that require a bit more care and precision than simply servicing nearly-new vehicles all day. I honestly thought this level of craftsmanship in the trade had disappeared. Special thanks to Mark for the excellent service. Highly recommended.
